It is that time of year again. SHRA is presenting their suggested changes to the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan. The RAB is working with SHRA management to get input from the residents on the plan. We have scheduled six presentations and will be on hand to get resident comments. The first will be at the August 27th Quarterly Meeting. The second at Alder Grove the next (August 28) day in their community room.

Buena Vista, Midtown Manor, Oak Park, The Mill and Twin Rivers will be on September 10th, 6:30pm at 2526 L Street.

Rio Garden and Sun River will be on September 14th at 6:30pm at the Advent Lutheran Church 5901 San Juan Avenue.

The Gold Ridge Community will meet at the Carl's Jr. restaurant in their community room on Sunrise & White Rock Road on the 17th at 6:30pm.

Marina Vista, Meadow Commons, and Pointe Lagoon will meet on the 24th at 6:30 pm. at the Colonial Heights Library located at the corner of Stockton Blvd and 21st Avenue There is ample parking as well as RT access.
